Ban Appeal Format: READ BEFORE POSTING APPEAL

This is for people who believe they have been banned unjustly, so if you want to be heard, post a appeal as follows:

1) Character name
2) Who banned you
3) Reason for ban
4) Reason why you should be unbanned (could go with #3)

If you cannot fill out all the information, fill out as much as possible.

-If you were caught hacking, sorry but ban appealing for hacking is pointless.
