Riddle time!

Who ever solves this riddle first in a post wins.
There's a sultan who has 10 tax collectors who go out and collect 1 lbs. gold coins from people, from each collector he gets a bag of coins. One day,someone says"Sultan! One of the tax collectors is cheating! He's shaving one oz. of gold on each coin he collects (It's not noticeable)! It's -" and He's assassinate :3
That day, 10 bags of gold coins come from the tax collectors. The only thing the Sultan can use to solve this mystery is using a scale (Not a balance scale, but a weight scale). Help the Sultan out :3

Since that's a little hard to understand I'ma summarize
You have 10 bags of gold coin
each coin in each bag is 1 lbs each, except for one bag (weight is 1lbs - 1 oz), you need to find that one bag
You have to use weight scale, but only use it once.

I have a reasonable answer for this excuse for a riddle.

If it's a balance scale,

Split the 10 bag into 2 piles and weigh both piles. Since one bag in one pile is lighter than the rest, the scale will tilt to wards the heavier pile and the lighter pile will rise. From this, we know narrow it down to 5 bags.

Next, from the lighter pile, take out any 4 bags and weigh them with 2 bags on each side of the scale. If the scale remains balanced, then the odd-bag-out is the bag with the gold scaled off it and the tax collecter who submitted that bag will be hung, shot and quartered.

If the scale is not balanced, then the lighter pile contains the "cooked" bag. Take that pile and place one bag on each side of the weight scale. The scale will then tell which bag is short of an ounce of gold and the bag whom it belongs to will be slowly boiled in pig fat and placed in a meat grinder just before he dies. The meat will be turned to sausage and his famil, extended family, neighbours and friends will be sold as slaves and the woman raped and turned into Cows........

you have the king stand on the scale, he takes the bag of gold from each collector and looks the the increase in his weight.
